On Tuesday 4th December 2012 GB Rowing teams Peter Sheppard will be delivering a 3 hour workshop on GB rowing technique. The workshop will focus on the drive phase of the stroke and help enable coaches to spot good technique and coach and effective drive.

The workshop will run 6.30-9.30pm at Ivybridge community college, PL21 0JA.
Ideally you would have attended 'Safe and Strong Trunks' in 2011.
