The 2013 Cornish Indoor Rowing Championships is small, friendly event. However there are set rules you need to abide by.

Registration and Weigh In

Registration will open at 9am, you need to ensure you register and complete the PAR-Q form prior to competing.

Racing

Racing will start at 10am with the junior races

There will be 8-10 concept 2 machines linked up to the computer

You may set the drag factor to what you wish, but you may not change it once racing has begun.

You may race with Ipods if you wish but be aware you need to hear the starter and it may be distracting

There will be no heats, but there may be several races for one category

Several categories may race together, but the results will be filtered

 Important Medical Recommendation

If on race day you feel unwell, have recently been suffering from a virus or are on medication, we recommend that you do not race. Indoor rowing racing requires maximal effort, the organisers take no responsibility for illness or injury caused as a consequence. If you have any doubts you should seek medical advice prior to racing.
